Disappointing experience with Scan & Go. We were getting tires installed and did some shopping while we waited. We scanned everything with the Scan & Go app and paid in full, exactly the way Sam's Club designed it to work. Because the tire install took a while, by the time we walked out, the app had cleared the payment confirmation screen. The employee at the exit treated us like suspects. Even after we showed proof that we had paid, she insisted we pull up the receipt and match individual items, doing everything short of outright accusing us of stealing. Meanwhile, I watched her wave through three other Scan & Go customers without checking their carts at all. I don't appreciate having my integrity questioned when I followed Sam's Club's own checkout process to the letter. If using the app the way it's intended gets you treated like a shoplifter at the door, what's the point of offering it? Train your exit staff to handle this professionally and consistently, or don't promote Scan & Go as a convenience.

I purchased four tires on 07/03/26 for my daughter's car. Was told the only tires they had for her car was out of stock and had to be ordered. They told me they would be in three days after the 4th of July, which was no problem. Scheduled the installation for July 10, at 9:00 am. Since I'd already pay for them I had my wife meet my daughter at Sam's by 9:00 am that morning. When they got there they were told they were running a little behind. My family went on and did their shopping. At 10:00am after finishing up, they went to check on the status of the vehicle. The techs had just taken in the 8:00 am appointments. At a little after 10:30 a.m. they took in my daughter's car. They finally finished her car at about 11:45 am. There's no plausible reason why it takes a shop that mainly deals in tires almost 3 hours to install four tires, especially when you had an appointment scheduled for almost a week ahead. Something is diffinetly wrong at this shop which needs management's attention.

One of the employees in the bakery section was very helpful with our last minute graduation cake that we needed finished. She did an absolutely stunning job and made the cake look exceptionally above our expectations! Her name was Mary as I recall, she was so nice as well !

We drove 2 hours to get a swing set for our granddaughter. Local Sam’s didn’t have one in stock. The customer service they provided were phenomenal! Sherry at the member service desk was so welcoming and friendly. We just wanted to give a shoutout to her and thank her for providing the best customer service!! We plan on coming back to visit her. She made our River Belle the happiest little girl!!

The store is always clean. Shelves fully stocked. Meats fresh. Bathrooms clean. The staff we have met are friendly. The older female (white) in the café area could brush up on her friendliness skills. The food at the café is always fresh, big portions, and you can't beat the price!!!! Delicious frozen yogurt! Good prices for bulk items. We love the store!!!
